What is Installation Masters?
Installation Masters is a nationwide training and certification program specializing in new construction and replacement installation techniques of windows and exterior glass doors in the residential and light commercial markets. It was prompted by the Building Environment and Thermal Envelope Council (BETEC) through the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and developed by the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA). It provides an assurance that the installer has completed a training program that is culminated with an extensive final exam.
  • Did you know 70% of all problems with windows are installation related?
  • Did you know that 90% of all window installers have no formal training or certification?
  • Did you know a manufacturers warranty is considered void if the window is not installed according to their specific guidelines?
  • Do you want an installer who has no formal training installing your new windows?
Deciding to remodel your home is a big decision. Outside of buying your home, it may be the single biggest investment you make. Experts recommend that it would be wise to choose a remodeling contractor that is a full-time, dedicated remodeling professional that specializes in one specific product or service.

Regency strives to set the benchmark for window installation, by hiring only the most skilled and dedicated professionals available. We hire highly motivated people that are committed to being part of our culture. All of our employee installers must first pass a series of tests, including a drug screening and background check, prior to entering our extensive training program.

Regency has invested an unprecedented $30,000.00 to train and certify our window installers. This type of commitment helps us guarantee that your new windows will be installed correctly and according to the industry and manufacturer standards. Each installer must participate in a continuing education program, to ensure that they are up to date on all the latest techniques, tools and technology. One step some of our installers have already taken is completing and passing the NARI Certified Lead Carpenter (CLC) program. This program educates them in leadership skills, customer relations, jobsite management and advanced installation techniques.

It is important to remember that a great window is only great if it is installed correctly. It may be compelling to save a few dollars by purchasing new windows from a small one man operation or a local general contractor. However, these businesses generally use insufficiently trained labor which may cause larger, long term problems costing more than your original investment. Regency has made the commitment to use only the most qualified installers to help guarantee that your investment is protected for a lifetime! Can any other company offer you this much peace of mind?
